Shipping & Processing Policy

At Jacques Cosmetics, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure a smooth experience, please take a moment to review our shipping and processing policy below:


Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days, starting the day after your order is placed. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

While most orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days, we quote 3–5 business days to manage expectations, especially during busy periods. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed during holidays or major sales may require additional processing time.

  • Add one extra business day for orders placed immediately after a holiday or promotional event.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days, depending on your location) and are insured for your peace of mind.

We currently ship within the United States only.


International Orders

At this time, Jacques Cosmetics does not cover international customs fees. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address or if delivery was attempted but unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Redelivery costs

Jacques Cosmetics is not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to address errors entered at checkout. No refunds will be issued in these cases.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you suspect your package is missing:

  • Contact your local USPS office with the tracking information

  • We’re happy to assist by providing delivery confirmation details, including the shipping carrier, tracking number, and delivery date
