Shipping & Processing Policy
At Jacques Cosmetics, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure a smooth experience, please take a moment to review our shipping and processing policy below:
Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days, starting the day after your order is placed. You’ll receive a tracking number via email, or SMS if subscribed, once your order has been processed and shipped.
While most orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days, we quote 3–5 business days to manage expectations, especially during busy periods. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Important Notes:

Orders placed during holidays or major sales may require additional processing time.

Add one extra business day for orders placed immediately after a holiday or promotional event.

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
- We will do our best to ship orders as soon as we can, majority of them can be shipped the same day as ordering. As the business grows, please be patient as we will implement specific shipping days.
Shipping Method
Orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days, depending on your location) and are insured for your peace of mind.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders can also be shipped via UPS (1-4 business days depending on your location). These parcels are not insured and would require consent to insure from the customer at the time of purchase.
Our last option for shipping is from Fedex (1-3 business days depending on your location). These parcels are also not insured and would require consent to insure from the customer at the time of purchase.
If you purchase from us while at a craft fair / pop up shop for a product to be shipped, please allow us the same processing time as above.
During the hotter months, we will be shipping using USPS for items that will melt. That would include but not limited to, body butters. Those items will come with a cold pack or an ice pack to keep your items from melting.
International Orders
At this time, Jacques Cosmetics does not cover international customs fees. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address or if delivery was attempted but unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for:

Jacques Cosmetics is not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to address errors entered at checkout. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you suspect your package is missing:

Contact your local USPS office with the tracking information

We’re happy to assist by providing delivery confirmation details, including the shipping carrier, tracking number, and delivery date
