Do your products contain nuts?
Our products are made in a facility that uses tree nuts, including shea butter. While our son, who has a tree nut allergy, is not affected by our products, we cannot guarantee they are completely nut-free. Please use with caution if you have allergies. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
What ingredients are in your body butters?
Our body butters are crafted with organic, unrefined shea butter and organic olive oil. The scented butters will contain fragrance oils.
How long do the body butters last?
Because our body butters are made without preservatives, they have a shelf life of up to one year. When applied, they provide long-lasting moisture throughout the day. Since hands are washed frequently, reapplication may be necessary after washing.
How long will my order take to ship?
Processing refers to the time needed to prepare your order, which typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping time is the duration it takes for your package to be delivered, usually an additional 3–5 business days. Please be advised: packages can also be processed quicker than 3-5 business days, as some packages are processed same day.
Can I update my shipping address after checkout?
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update the information, we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins. Always double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays. If a package is sent to the wrong address, you may need to contact USPS to intercept it.
What if my body butter melts during transit?
In warm weather, body butter may soften or melt during shipping. Simply allow it to re-solidify at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. For a smoother texture, you can scoop the butter out and gently re-whip it with a mixer.
