Returns & Exchanges
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetics, soaps, lotions, and all products we offer. All sales are considered final once processed.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Order cancellations or changes can be made only if the order has not yet shipped. If your order is still in processing, we may be able to:

Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to make any changes or issue a cancellation.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, due to the personal nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing jacquescosmetics@outlook.com. Be sure to include the following:
